Something boring . . . Word limit?

I just have something boring to ask. How much over the word limit is too much over the word limit?

over da word limit? according to wut da markers said... they prefer works dat just stick to da 8000 word limit.. da weak ones went over... wellz i guess 500 is da excpetion kk dont quote me on this thought but usaully dats wut happens

im still like 800 words over with my critical response. i should just go around cutting random paragraphs and make up some long-winded, impressive sounding reason for why i did it

hahahaha... yesh i meant short story sorriz+_+ btw... the markers seirsouly recommend stay under da limit as possible.. 100 words.. yeah i think dats ok they wont notice~
