So after a massive workout what do you guys do or what can i do to reduce the soreness and be able to work out sooner?

or better, alternate workouts.... lets say if you weight trained a lot in one day, i would suggest doing some form of cardio like swimming, walking, cycling etc.... just to help speed up recovery

swimming is definitely the best way to help fatigued muscles recover. but only gentle swimming, don't go crazy.
