hey can someone please outline a number of sources of error for the galvanic cell set up?

i know a few, but i missed on some marks for an exam on this question

I've got:

electrodes not properly immersed in solution
salt bridge not properly set up (not immersed + not properly soaked in salt solution before hand)

Am i missing some obvious ones?
thanks!

How about;

discrepancies in concentration ( error of glassware, standard potentials are for 1M 25C, 10^5 Pa)

temperature (obvious since delta E is proportional to temperature)

pressure (if gas involved in equilibria)

pH effects (unlikely, but possible in more complicated applications)

agitation ( availablity of ions at electrode/salt bridge - good one for bullshit artists! could say, the addition of a magnetic stirrer was required ;))

AND

crusty electrodes
(we got a lot of this at my high school, but then again everything about it was crusty!)

Also, the resistance of the external circuit. I lost a mark in mid-course for not specifically stating that reason.
