Hi There

Im doing some revision and im not to sure what span of control refers to

the choices are

a) the number of levels of management in the management hierarchy
b) the purpose of a business as outlined in the mission statement
c) the comparison of actual results and planned results
d) the number of employees supervised by the one manager

B and C is not it

im thinking A & D, cant decide which one but..

I would say D also.

I had my business test yesterday and I think I did really bad. It was so much more harder than HSC past papers
