Hi, to those people who do English Advanced and are doing the Speeches section in their syllabus, lets share some ideas on each of the speeches, for example Aung San Suu Kyi and Noel Pearson etc.

My ideas on Noel Pearson is that his speech sucked. Even my English teacher admitted that he thought the speech was boring and badly composed.

The best speech was Emma Goldmans-there was heaps to write about.

i think my class is suppose to do speeches but we are still on Skrzynecki's poems...we are sooo behind...

we haven't done shyrneskis poems yet but he is comin to our school to give us a talk when we return next year.
