captains and vice captains, elected from each class meet up and talk about what they want to improve around the school. and then SOMETIMES, they ACT on what they talk about

At our school it was two from each year, and the captains and vice captains. We all met up as during roll call and got everything done like that. It was a pretty good system, we had meetings every day and it worked really well, we got alot done.

we basically just nominate ppl from the year and then you can vote if you want to and put the paper in the box, etc. the same ppl get in every year so you basically already know who its gunna be b4 even nominations... plus sometimes you get someone who nominates themselves who noone knows and i feel sorry for them because they get like no votes... so i always vote for them. :)

The SRC was basically a popularity contest (and you even got fined if you didn't vote :p) and then the SRC sat around and did nothing for the whole year. Yet, when the end of year speeches came around, they said that they improved this and that, which they didn't. Talk about bs speeches!

our SRC get black polo shirts with "S R C" in white on the back..

they look cool and special.. and they just organise things ( eg. school dance, mufti days ) + decide how to spend the money they get from those ._."

i don't even remember voting for them though.. i think they were just elected by the teachers..

( wow they really represent the students ._. )
