STAR scheme for SCU (1 Viewer)

Just wondering has anyone heard b ack from Southern Cross University for scholarships or early entry star schemes? I don't know if our school's got through or not.

hey jackie,

yes, other classmates and i received a STAR access place confirmation letter about three weeks ago. this is for ntry to lismore campus.

i heard that some coffs campus places have also been confirmed in similar times. i do not know about the gold coast campus.

apparently scholarship recipients are notified "immediately after the hsc results are published in december". i am not sure by what means or exactly when we will be contacted is successful.

what area do u live in?

I live in Forster (about an hour an a half from newcastle). I want entry to Coffs Harbour Campus for Hotel and Resort Management and I also applied for a scholarship. My UAI was 90.80. I don't think our Star Scheme entries were received because our school is "Great Lakes College". Maybe they got confused and thought we weren't a school

I got offered a place in the Bachelor of Psych with Honours for 2007. Very excited!
I only got my letter on Friday though.......the 17th. Which is earlier than I expected.

I need a little help though. Does anyone know if I accept and defer my entry if I will still get Main Round offers in January? I'm really confused :S

hi i got a place at lismore for b education woohoo

i just accepted it even though its not my first choice so will uac still offer my first choice (which is at une) in the offer rounds??

anyway it was very exciting cause IM GOING TO UNI!!!!!!!!!!!!

most of my friends didnt put in for early entry at scu and they still have to wait to find out whats happening but i already know so happy

I got an offer for B Media today, I have to confirm if I'm taking it or not by the 5th though, which is annoying cos I wanna know what I get in my UAI, so I guess I just have to decline and prey I get my uai :S

i also got accepted to psych.
i wasnt going to go cuz its all the way in coffs, but its growing on me. and i did get lower then the cut off.

i wonder what coffs will be like for uni... psych is gonna be interesting... so excited.
