 I'm so so so confused. Ok the mark i got was 68 and then i got some other thing today that said the percenile ranking was like 75.3% or whatever. So... is the 68 whats counted or the 75.3. Stupid test.

The actual mark that you got is your ret score, not the percentiles.
I got 73 in the RET test and ended up getting 86.1 UAI so I did not need it anyway. My friend got 90 in the RET test and got a 61 UAI.. so dont think it will determine your uai.

Gah my Ret score was like 68, which is pretty bad I reckon.

I totally killed the Written English stat with some 91% percentile ranking, but I got killed by the Stat multiple choice, jeez I somehow found the UMAT to be easier than the STAT, and I so wished for patterns as welll ><

Yes, you most definitely should. If your UAI does not meet the cutoff, how well you perform on the RET/STAT may determine whether you can get in. I'm not sure about how many points leeway it is but basically, it increases your chances of an offer, and the better you do on RET/STAT, the more chance you'll have of being made an offer.

I'm not sure why this forum is not locked, but hey. *nostalgia*
