hmm anyone here do / has done stat 171??

i read the unit outline it says somethign about 5% tutorial participation (?) where:

2% is for minitab report (done)
and some "3% for tutorial exercises" (??)

what's this 3% for tutorial exercises mean? cause they haven't colleted our homework yet so far... :S or is it some in tutorial-test kinda thing...

i know my tutor wud neva collect up work thats not how he does it...he trusts evry1 to do the work...i spose it is some sort of in class test but that shudnt b resticted as tute marks, more like course marks in general :S

wen i did 171, the tutor would check we did our hw at start of class and give us a mark outer 3. like she dint check every1 question, but she'd quickly scan it see if the quantity looks right and randomly looks at a few answers.

My tutors name is DUMA..*lols with the viets and people who understand..* , anyway, she doesnt check our tut work at the beginning of class; but she said she will randomly collect it one day..so i think thats were the marks come from.

yeh crashoveride, he said he hated maths133 and the such., and i think he just got thru it, so he wasnt the top exactly...he probably did get Ds and HDs in other subjects tho, its possible
