Has anyone done STAT273/STAE273 before? I am quite interested in this uni but saw in MQ's handbook that its NCCWs is Stat272. Does that mean that it is going to be equivalently as hard as 272?

no, i think it means the content is similar, and overlaps, and usually one of them is an 'advanced' unit of teh other, so u cover in more details the topics, so they dont let u count it for credit with each other cause ud be killing 2 birds with one stone ( by studing the concepts for one, you could sit both exams, and this would be 'easy', as youd be only studying one unit, but getting credit for doing 2 units...)

STAT272 is the advanced version of 273, so if you have done 272 already you can't do 273 or it doesn't count
