Hey r u guys writing when u when to court, where and wot kind of matter it was? Do we have to write what happened in the case?

I've done my statutory declaration and it was approved already.
what i did was put in the relavent dates and what courts i attended. i also gave a brief explanation of the type of proceedings heard. ie. AVO against an allegedly abusive husband. (this is probably all you need to give for 'what happened in the case')

in my case, i went out before the verdict was given so i didnt state the results......not that you need to anywayz :)

We have to go to Court to see the "law in action" and have to fill in a statutory declaration as well to pass llb100
