so is there or isnt there a strike cuz that seems heaps bad to me.. since the only ahst100 lecture is on wednesday at 10-12... hmm.. :S

A Wednesday Strike is good. No 40-pages a lecture of Stat272. And no need to sleep in Econ110, I'll sleep at home. And no travelling time. Good good.

the strike should be rescheduled for tuesday my busiest day!! i have wednesdays off!!

I have 7hrs straight on wed, so it would be good for me. But beware, these strikes are upto the lecturers to decide, if they feel like it then they will. Otherwise, lectures on as usual.

If Strike is happeneing, then tutes will be called off as well. However, you would be recommended to attend a different tute for that week. My lecturer seems pretty nice. e.g. theres good friday in the last week before mid-sem break and he has called every lecture off for that wekk, because friday students will lag behind.

I do AHST100 too, but in the evening (which is also Wednesday).
So what happens there? Do they just cancel a lecture for the wekk? that would be crap then .

Your lecturer should confirm this on WebCT if that subject is on WebCT. Otherwise, you'll have to goto the student centre to find out.

Strikes mean i'll miss 2hrs of econ lectures, which sucks cos that's where i learn econ. I guess i'll go to the friday lecture... On the bright side, i'll be missing my 5-hour-straight day.

It's our job as "student helpers" to help out with moderating the MQ board. One of the other is a student, the other two are full time PR staff.
