Hey everyone,
I have an assesment and i am stuck on one of the questions:

"Evaluate ways in which education, and lifestyle change could be used to improve the health of Australians".

I know what it generally means, but some help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance :)

The diseases which account for the most deaths in Australia each year are lifestyle related. Lack of Education is one factor which can attribute to the development of risk factors/ risk behaviour for the diseases. For example, people early in the century were not aware of the link between smoking and lung cancer and therefore, there was a huge increase of the incidence of lung cancer after ciggarette introduction. Education empowers the individual so they have more control over their lifestyle choices.
