i was wearing my id card, business attire and everything and the lady handed me a concession form and told me to fill it out so i did i guess i was lucky then hehe

they dont really check up your employment records and sif they can.

just say you dont work and they have to give it to you, simple as that.

thanks cape, but even if the authorities confront me bout my student concession..ill just deny deny deny..i swear i dont work!!!!!!

I read also that you are still entitled to a concession if you work part time. As long as you are a full time day student.

Well your employment records are only lodged with the ATO and Centrelink (if you relly on benefits). Concessions and the like are State Government Affairs.
