did anyone get one when they enrolled? methinks i didn't...well, i haven't come across it yet if i have got one.

it's basically your mq id (the one with your initials and numbers) plus "@ student.mq.edu.au" or something like that. (haven't used mine enough to remember)

[first letter of your first name][first three letters of your last name][2 random numbers]
say John Smith: jsmi00 ( i think ) correct me if im wrong someone.

yeah i got my email address now but its weird cos i have 3 zeros afta my last name

you have numbers so just in case, eg.

person 1 has the name abc xyz ---> axyz
person 2 has the name aaa xyz ---> axyz

wait, i don't get it what's our username and password that we're sposed to type into the pop up box? is it the one we got on enrolment day - the MQ ID and password. coz i tried that and it didn't work

I thought it was the first 4 letters. I wouldn't know, I only have a 3 letter surname.

you should get your email info mailed to ya..
its your first initial, followed by the first 4 letters of your surname.. then 3 numbers...
