I spent the most part of year 11 bludging to be honest. It's only now i've realised that i need to get my stuff together.

I've never really done study notes before. Should I? How should I start?

Thanks :)

Get the syllabus, get a textbook, answer the syllabus dot points.

That's the art of making notes in a nut shell, yes you should.

You should get used to making study notes as it is good practice for year 12. Use headings, colours & pictures.

Tip: Turn each syllabus dot point into a question.

You should type them first & then cut them down (make sure you still understand it) then write it if you wish.

it's great how they worded the syllabus dot points for science subjects to look like questions

you just need to rephrase them and bam, thats a HSC question right there

That.

I also didn't start doing those until HSC. You'll be fine.

lol AGREED! I was just thinking the same thing.. All my siblings who've completed their HSC were like you would be completely unprepared for your HSC because prelim is suppose to be a prep year to get your knowing how to do stuff..
