With our first HSC Assessment 1 exams coming up how is everyone preparing?

I've read so many times to study for about an hour and take like a 5 min break but I find that once I start I just keep going and if I take a break I just lose my concentration.
Does anyone else get this and is it 'bad'?

We don't have assessment blocks cos they're spread throughout the term (horrible) so pretty much trying to get hand in stuff done to a really high quality and keeping up with everything else. (I.e. No sleep fml)

And yeah I have concentration problems too. If you're not in the groove, do other things to shake off the procrastinatey tendencies and then do work
