The technique comprehension, creative writing and your journeys essay, from what I remember. Have a look at BOS's past paper section.

What exactly from the Stimulus Booklet - ie: How many texts?

For paper one area of study you need to know:

2 skrzynecki poems
1 stimulus booklet item
1 related material (physical journey in this case, stay away from poems as this is the main text)

For the test you need to do:

Short answer based on stimulus material provided.
Creative writing task, usually based on a stimulus
One essay, on physical journeys.

try to write practice essays or just draft them them so you know what you want to write in that type of question!!!
