Subjective ? (1 Viewer)

I'm thinking of picking up History Extension for year 12 because I love history to bits, but I'm worried because with all essay and major-project based courses, there is the possibility of the marker being subjective. My teacher's told me that in his experience, he's found the marking to be subjective and that our school has gotten mostly low marks for this subject. My school is a top 10 school, so I know that it wasn't because of a lack of trying or motivation.

What do you guys think? :/

(This course is especially important to me, because I'm thinking of dropping Ext 1 Mathematics in order to do it. I'm not too sure atm, but I really dislike maths and am doing quite poorly in it).
