Subjects at Usyd and UNSW (1 Viewer)

I was going through the Law courses at both unis and saw that Usyd has a subject called Corporate/Advanced Corporate Law while UNSW doesn't have either of these subjects. Does UNSW have an equivelant and is it important to do such a subject if you want to practice law related to businesses and corporations?

I dont know anything about the subject but have a close look at the subject list because different unis call subjects different things, If it is the subject I think it is at Macquarie we call it Business Organisations and it is a core unit and thus UNSW must have something similar, if not and it is an elective you can always take cross-insitutional studies and have it credited to ur degree.

We have Business Associations 1 as a compulsory course, Business Associations 2 as an elective. Electives in securities regulation, commercial law principles, and banking law are also offered at an undergraduate level. Some postgraduate courses, such as International Business Transactions are also offered to undergraduates.

plenty of corporate-law-junkie type stuff at UNSW. after all, we are Australia's 'leading business school' (so they sayhttp://www.business.unsw.edu.au/).
