Amelia also used to go to my school, in yr 5 and 6. she played oboe, im guessing she still does. i wonder if she remebers me :p say Tim Reeves-Smith says hi.

Yeh im playing horn and loving it, its not as complicated as it looks - just requires alot
of air - for air to last through 6m tubing if stretched out haha

Yeh bridget left in year 10, she goes to MLC now. I don't see her that often, i invite her to concerts though.

Millie still plays oboe and is a top player :uhhuh: I'll give her a shout from you.

Hey your the guy interested in taiko riiiight???

All the music 1 ppl (at my school anyway) do subjects like art, drama, history extension... very arty-farty (kidding ;) ). Music 2 only has three people in it though, so I can't really compare classes...

Yeah, they say I'm crazy lol. My mum reckons I shouldn't concentrate on chemistry since it probably won't count (I only really need 7 units this year to count since music will definitely count for me :D) but yeah. I was going to do extension 1 english as well but then everyone just gave me even weirder looks *sigh* Ah well, I can't manage my time well enough as it is lol.

yeh- that is so true! muso's go either easier or harder. No moderation!

This year I'm doing: Advanced English
English Extension 1
Modern History
History Extension
Economics
Mathematics
& Music 1- Our teacher has this thing with Music 1 being better worth our time for the HSC ,as in is it less work for a decent contribution to UAI! Suits me fine! Less theory, more performance although i have chosen to do 1 viva along with 3 performances. Still, it takes the pressure off other subjects:)

I am doing:

3U Maths
3U English
Bio
Chem
Music 2

Music's fun--it's relaxing practising (funnily enough), and it's a good atmosphere--there's only 5 of us and it's so not competitive at all--none of us know where we are in the class even at the end of trials!
