Hi,
I would really like to do 10-11 units in Year 12 but don't know how to confugure my subjects:
At the moment I have chosen to study:
Extension 2 Maths
Extension French
English Advanced
Chemistry
SOR 1 (compulsory)
That is 12 units and the only way I could get to 11 would be to drop Extension French, but I'm good at it and it scales well. Thats the same case for maths 4u
I could drop Chemistry, yet would like to go into something medical at University so I am reluctant to do so
Im just looking from the perspective of what is going to count in my ATAR - the scaling of Maths and French will count for 7, plus the 2 compulsory units of English is already 9. so I really only have 1 unit to play with.
Should I drop Chem? or should I keep 12 units? I have no idea!
I just feel that carrying 12 is too much work, especially doing two difficult extension courses.
Thanks
