Hey melsc did Gadens say when they'll be announcing second round interviews?

I asked and they said they were interviewing till the 4th. Discussing them on the 7th/8th and then interviews will be from the 14th...still a bit of time left to wait...

I got told by HR 150 ish made it to 1st round
then for second round they are gonna cut it down to 80...
and then only 20 people get minters...

i went to the corrs info evening as well. there were 40 there give or take. but there are 2 nights so i'd say there are abt 80 candidates who made it to the 1st round. corrs said they are taking 15. hmmm...

I think I heard Chris say there were about 120 who got first-round interviews.

What did you think of Corrs? I must admit, I thought they did a very good job of selling themselves.

Does anyone know how many interviews GT have offered? I know they're interviewing all on one day so there can't be anywhere near 100. Does 60 sound reasonable?

I remember them saying in my rejection email that they could only offer interviews to 15% of applicants, not sure how many would have applied there.

People should start hearing from Dibbs Barker next week.

I am also curious about (as I dont know of anyone who has heard from them):
*Slater and Gordon
*Thompson Playford
*Tresscox
*Mills Oakley
*Harmers

I also have a few that obviously didn't bother to send me a rejection: Jones Day, JWS, Holding Redlich and Attorney Generals Department (this is most rude as you had to do a HARD copy ap)

My friend from uni who got like 14 interviews (including all the big 4 accounting firms)- [lucky eh! ] she got thompson playford cutters, but that was just told to me by another friend. No one else I know has heard from thompson playford cutters...
Jones Day and JWS didn't bother sending rejections
but remember Holding Redlich said if we didn't hear from them by friday we would be rejected...

I'm curious about those ones too though

I've got Clutz Tues, Minters Thurs and Blakes on Fri. And a whole heap of assessments too! Good luck to all How are you guys preparing? I'm trying to practise answering behavioural questions...they're kinda hard.

You probably dont want to hear this, but JWS (i called them) said tehy are offering until this Tuesday....and those rejected will be notified in due time ....so more waiting....and even more waiting if u didnt actually get it

Really, thats weird but my current rate of rejections means I am not really expecting anymore...Gadens might be my only shot.
