Switching degrees once enrolled, before uni starts

Hey all.

I'm enrolled in Sci/Law but i want to switch to Com/Law...how on earth would i go about doing this at this stage? Would i have to dis-enrol at the science faculty and enrol at the commerce faculty?

Thanks for any help on this.

The offers for syd uni are 'combined law'. Doesnt specify a faculty.

depend on wut ur confirmation of enrolment says... if it does say COMBINED LAW without specifyin which faculty then simply change the enrolment should do ( i think, confirm with student center)

otherwise, just do full law subject this yr and transfer nxt yr...

It says Bsc/LLB, but at the same time it also give s acurrent unit of study enrolment, and a table of addition of new units of study. I know it may be within the science faculty but still...

just stick with sci/law. comm/law is SO overdone and boring anyway.

yeh do it asap... since by 14th feb, (valentines), u'd be able to change ur enrolment...

i din read anyone elses post but if u got an offer for combined law and just chose ur stream as science then simply goto ur faculty (either law or science) and request them to change it - u can change them as much as u want until 18th of march or something - so yeh, dunt worry about it.... i read this on the "myuni" website under student admin - btw... good move hahaha

Turns out you've got to request to pull out of science as well as to enrol in com. =)
