I got 60% in the math advanced paper for Sydney boys 2022 on thsc, what band would this get me ? I want to get to up to a low band 6 standard before the HSC exam and I'd say I'm probably sitting around band 5 at the moment, should I just keep grinding papers ?

Probably a high band 4 to low band 5, tho given its a selective trial paper its likely the latter. Generally with math advanced your guaranteed to get a band 6 with any mark above 80%, so try hit that consistently as you get closer to the HSC
