Most Faculties supply past examination papers to the library, who inturn post them on their website : http://www.library.usyd.edu.au/exams/

If you read that web page you will see the notice "For papers not included here, please contact the relevant academic department". I'm guessing that's what you should do.

Some papers are not released because they are confidential. i.e. The lecturer probably wants to reuse the questions for later years.

They usually reuse things like the multiple choice papers for maths! For subjects from the school of IT the don't releas it or re-use but they give a sample paper/questions form past exams or the questions that didn't make the cut for the final

I can get you all exam papers for the past 10 years for first year advanced: maths, chem, phys.

Big big pile at home - and it kinda paid off as well...

Plus back to about 84-85 for the maths ones as well.
