What are some items I can use to symbolise the character of Emma from FRONTLINE??

I think Emma:
- is passionate about her job
- is hard working
- has strong morals
- tough enough to voice her disapproval of Brian's unethical decisions
- but has to go with the flow in order to maintain her job

What are some of the symbols I can use to represent her personality/values?
