chill out dude - its just a summary of ur essay - development of the question, what u included in it (in terms of primary/secondary sources, prominent historians), why u included that material, historiographical issue investigating, if u used any particular method of writing (eg postmodernist deconstruction) and whether the order of things in ur essay somehow supports the logical progression of ur arguments
ull be fine! its only 300 words after all. just take a deep breath and do it.
