Well, anyone else bought a copy of Dream Theater's new album yet?

I got mine a few days ago, and though i'd set myself up to be a little disappointed, it's really, really good.

there are still some niggles, but it's overall a really solid, if darker, album. I insist that people check it out, but if you're going to buy it, get the special edition, with the 90 minute documentary and the 5.1 mix on it. it's really, really cool.

I wasn't too thrilled.
As usual petrucci plays well on the guitar but their vocalist has always made me want to nail my penis to a burning building.
Forsaken was the best track on the disc though.

i don't mind the majority of portnoy's backings this time :S

"hello mirror" etc. at the start of repentance gave me tingles. all vocals should be processed that hard.
