Hey guys,

I'm just re-writing my notes however there are no strengths or weaknesses for the systems/contingency theory in my textbook. Are there any at all?

no according the the syllabus
u only need to know strengths/weaknesses for classic scientific, behavioural and political
there are no strengths or weaknesses for the systems/contingency theory

It's good to know though that:

a) Systems/Contingency recognises the need for all the components of the biz to be intergrated and interdependent (each department relies on all the other departments)

b) It's really flexible and adaptable to change
