Would it be ok to take a week off uni, (March 14-21). My family has already planned a skiing trip to Utah, should I skip that week on uni and go skiing?

I guess if u do all the work for that week and keep up to date with the lectures, it should be ok

I think we all know this is a rhetorical question. Run, run while you still can!

It's like Week 3. And you sound like a new student. So week 3 of a first-year course. I wouldn't even bother.

Well, consider it's only a week so early in the session, it shouldn't be too bad.

i think it depends on what you're studying...like it would be a lot easier to take a week off from arts as opposed to medicine (me thinks anyway)
but i think you should go, its early in the session, and its prob one of the last 'family holidays' you will get
just try and get the notes before you go and take them with you and read them at night or something

From that date, I'd say it's early in the semester, so go for it! :D

(Edit: One step closer. :D 5700!)

i'd feel less guilty taking one week off and nothing else during session

than skipping at least a week of lectures ;)
