I try to withdraw my spending money ($180) for the week on monday, and carry that around with me. This works alright... but I guess it depends on how much u spend on going out etc... and ur tendency to spend.

I'm lucky I'll be living close to the uni so I can just walk home (feels so weird to call where I will be going "home") for lunch. I'll barely be taking any cash, $10 max otherwise I will spend it lol. I'm on a super super tight budget for uni!!!!

can that be done with all bus companies though?

i checked the site and can't find it, but it's a good idea so i will contact them

yeah, the "old wallet" seems to b a good idea, kids from my skool who go around mugging, after taking out all the cash, they try to sell the wallets as well- so u don't want them to get the extra money from selling the wallet- do u?
