Title kind of explains it.. I'm unsure whether or not people take their textbooks to tutorials?

I would recommend it but it depends on what you cover during tutes.

For example, it may not be practical if you are doing a Chem lab, but if you're answering questions off a tute sheet, then it would be more useful.
