Hi all, just about the Friday Talented students day. Is it possible for someone to just very briefly describe to me how to get there by train, me and my classmates going together there on friday (small group) but we have no idea how to get there.
Also, was wondering whether everyone will be wearing their school uniform, or casual or what?

Ways to get to USYD:

Train
Go to Redfern. Get off and follow the hoard of students (turn left out of the station, go straight, cross at the 4-way crossing and then follow the signs)

Train & Bus
Go to Central. Find the exit to Railway Square. Catch the first bus to USYD or in the Broadway direction.

Car
Parking is availble on campus, but spaces are limited. Many parking stations around. Try the one at the broadway shopping complex (the one with the movies).

I remember last year's talented students day at UNSW. So damn hard to go home because the buses were all full of other students.

Plus we were wondering on which bus to take home..

My school is allowed to wear any fancy clothes we like. I guess many will because wearing uniforms will just get us feel "smaller" than other schools with gigantic class sizes..
