Not necessarily. People move around during first week. Just keep your eye out on TAS to get spots. A bad time for someone might be a good time for you.

hay u aren't da only one, at least i'm with you, i was overseas when they sent the info pack....and by the time i came back the closing date has already past............so i didn't even find out about putting preference for tutes till yesterday......

Download TAS from the FCE website, and do it there.
