You were meant to have entered preferences for each course when you did it.

# Monday December 13, 2004: TAS Web preference collection OPENS.
# Midday Friday February 18, 2005: TAS Web preference collection CLOSES.
# Thursday February 24, 2005: Viewing of TAS class allocations OPENS.
# Monday February 28, 2005: Access for late registration or changes OPENS.
# Sunday March 06, 2005: Access for late registration or changes CLOSES.
Yes they can mostly be the same. The system apparently does not give you clashing times, so you do need to have at least one time for each class that can be allocated to you.

Oh yeh, how does the TAS allocation system work? Apparently it works via a "first come first serve" basis, as in the first people who got their tutorial times done would be the first people to get their times? I dunno i just heard this off some random people...
Is this true? Correct me if i'm wrong
thx in advance

TAS times are NOT allocated on a first come basis, as after everybody submits their choices, the computer then chooses systematically suitable times that can accomodate everybody's choices.

Again, if you're unhappy with the times you get on the 24th don't worry, almost everyone changes their times during week 1 so make sure you get to the labs on the monday as class vacancies would fluctuate significantly
