The school finally gave in, new chem teacher...

starting next term...

Well at least I get a new chem teacher for HSC...

We got a new teacher today :)

She's like PhD and everything too :)

We told her about how shit the old teacher was and is now offering to teach us before school, at recess, lunch and after school.

Yeah, she's pretty cool.

I guess that was a win-win decision made by the principal or whatever. You win. The other student wins. She wins, she learns that shes a crap teacher and finally decides to choose another career path.

My new teacher is actually shit too, our cohort is her first time teaching chemistry (formerly a physics teacher).

Oh well, I'm still doing alright so that's all that matters I guess, I've pretty much taught myself the entire course without aid from the teacher.

I'm doing so badly in chemistry at the moment, that i'm considering dropping the couse entirely for year 12.

Teacher doesn't teach. I've been lazy and haven't tried self teaching.
But for HSC, in case I do keep it, how do I go about self teaching? Just making notes from textbook?
