Just wondering if anyone could provide me with some techniques for these quotes:

"berry of a mountain bush transplanted to the road"
"twas this on tables I had seen"
"tender majesty"
"Happiness is only real when shared"

and could some one inform me of this film technique:

When a character never features in a shot with certain characters, indicating that they are different or hold different beliefs.
