Also:

Staging
Lighting
Sound Effects
Character's overall stance. (Is he/she confident, scared?)

with a play? ur not doin Cosi r u? our yr is! anyway, there's heaps - lighting (esp. stage blackouts), music, dialogue, monologue, soliloquy, breaking the fourth wall, dramatic irony. remember, the ppl in a play aren't real, they're characters, so anything and everything they do has a purpose and is constructed to give meaning by the composer. so, can also look at characterisation and all language techniques within their dialogue. also, contrasting characters, context and content etc.
