I'd say that the hardest subject was english, and the easiest ones were maths and science.

I think that maths and english were soooo hard but the rest were pretty ok but i think we needed more time for science.

For me english was the easiest. Hardest has to be history (hate it with a passion) but not so much the extended responses, the multiple choice was just weird...

History/Geo SC were extremely easy for me the hardest SC test for me was English. I also ran out of time for the science exam, the stupid supervisor didnt even give us a warning.

really? mine always told us when we had 10 minutes left...and in the history/geo exam they told us when we had an hour left too, and gee, that scared me cos i thought i only had 10min left as usual when they spoke

as for the question in the first post...duh, of COURSE maths was the easiest hoping that i didn't make any stupid mistake...such as using the wrong letters to name my triangles and angles, as i had done in one of my class tests...:S gee i bet i wouldn't have done that even in yr7

i think english's the hardest for me. then again, it had always been i only had 10min left for that test, while for all other ones i had at least half an hour left. i stuffed my editorial...>.< hoping that my short story would help to gain some marks for me

omg haha i nearly dropped my pen when they did that! i was on my second last response and i was like, 'oh no, i've still got a 15mark response to write in 10min!' and then heard them say, 'you have one hour left.' phew...

There's a teacher at my school marking the science exam. You can get the '05 exams from ur teachers (if they happened to have a copy and were willing to copy it for you). And, i thought the english one was quite hard but fun to do minus the editorial though. *curses editorial* Maths and science were pretty easy, but history and geog were so damn hard -_- *curses history and geog*

actually, i think the school cert papers from this year are now available online from the Board of Studies. Try:

and then choose which subject u want.

Are u crazy man, English was outright hardest 4 me bcz I suck at multiple choice. When I mean I suck I mean I literally suck. To tell you precisely in my trials I got 34/45, 11 marks out of the 14 I lost were m.c. There is always those 2 close answers and I hope I get most of them right. Hoping for 80+ in English.

Otherwise Maths and Science were fun...

actually i realised you can get in the 80's and still get a band 6...

My teacher, after marking the SC said that u could write BS and you can still get marks for that. But sadly from yr11 onwards you cant ..
