I doubt it the series would be ended in one movie of the future, thats what the series has been leading up to.
Anyways i thought the guy they got to play John Connor in T3 would have been able to play Reece

The bloke who played John Connor in number three looked nothing like Reece. And by the way, who else thought Connor's character in number three was a let down. He just didn't seem to be the person who took charge and who would go down fighting. I know about the whole "Oh my god it's really real" aspect and the denial and all, but I expected more from Connor.

every computer system has got a vulnerbility, the humans even managed to reprogram an infiltration unit to be sent back in T2 to protect connor

A separate machine would be easier to reprogram then skynet would be, otherwise the humans would have been able to stop the virus in T3, and in the future take down skynet without needing to blow it up

question: why didnt the blowing up or should i say, the arnie-style total demolition job of cyberdyne systems not end the birth of skynet and the production of machines, somehow T3 answered this, but it was a poorly thought of answer

What, i dont exactly understand ur phrasing, but it could be because some of the technology was already stored offsite

I'm expecting a split between the machines. E.g. Robot stands over John Connor...oh no, he gowna die...then robot kills robot...robot fights robot...other robots join..cue a crazy civil war where they wipe each other out and humans survive. It's practically the only avenue they haven't explored throughout the series...there's bound to be tension in the ranks with machines, I hear they're very angry people..er, machines.
