hey,

i need a text for belonging about changing yourself to fit in. my teacher won't let us do films/moving images.

Why aren't you allowed to use films? Filmic texts are amongst the best there are for related material.

because one of our related texts is a short film (Mankind is no island - Jason van Genderen) our teacher doesn't want us to do films/short films because she wants like a varity of texts.

so yeah...

any suggestions??

Your teacher is forcing you guys to do a set related text? So everyone in your class will have the same film related text? =\

There's a novel that comes to mind - My Sister's Keeper, or even Grapes of Wrath.
