Does anyone have a link ros omething, that explaines the structure of the main text types ( newspaper, letter, diary entry, feature article)

Just the one that will most likely pop up in the HSC.

My teacher is going to be away so I cant ask them

As long as you're consistent with how you apply a 'text type' format, across your response, you should be fine. I don't think the examiners would quibble too much over preferring any particular format.
