hey
just wondering,does anybody know a good place to buy second-hand or cheaper uni textbooks?
And should i buy my books now or wait till the first lecture like ive heard some people say..?
BTW doing the animal and vet bioscience course ( only first year) so if anybody has done that course and dont need their books anymore/want to get rid of them,ill be happy to take them off your hands
any help appreciated

www.textbookexchange.com.au is a really good site for second hand books. Or on campus there is the SRC second hand bookshop.

i hate secondhand books but uni textbooks are so expensive that i think ill have to go to that shop as well.or maybe find someone who's done my course and buy it off them...

While I'd wait to see whether you really need a textbook before purchasing one, I'd argue that they can be helpful in some areas of science more than others.
