I really recommend this film for a good time out in the movies. I've seen 2:37 and Clerks 2 as well, and out of the three, watch this movie.

Its purely entertaining, the jokes are hilarious. I don't know how he seems to defend cigarettes and twist it all around to his benefit

Nick Naylor: Oh, is your Mommy a doctor?
Kid: No.
Nick Naylor: A scientific researcher of some kind?
Kid: No.
Nick Naylor: Well then she's hardly a credible expert, is she?

hahaha

and I love the "merchants of death". I love the lobbyist for alcohol.

Its all perfect casting. (except one and I think you can figure that one out when you see it, not a major role)

I really want to watch this movie for two reasons:

1. Adam Brody is in it *dies*
2. I heard from hear and in newspapers that its really good and funny and it for 4/5 stars. Thats good enough for me

TYFS has to be the next movie i watch

It's one I want to see. It came out a while ago in the US...the trailer is very funny. Especially the bit at the end with Rob Lowe about cigs in space. Oddly the original sex scene between Eckhart and Kate(ie) Holmes cut her nudity out of it.

I also want to see black dahlia.

I saw this at the Sydney Film Festival.

It is great. A really funny intelligent comedy - something that has been all too sadly missed in recent years.

Many great lines and moments. I really enjoyed it.

i saw this movie this morning and absolutely loved it. I felt really dirty though, i ended up with a major crush on a tobacco lobbyest, every time he spun his shit i really admired him, haha.

the MOD squad was gold, as was the way he got the marlboro man to take the cash... the son's manipulation of his mother was golden too

this movie was terrible. i was expecting a great movie and got a below average one. in the hour and 40 minutes there was probably 5 mins of funny shit.

great concept, but poorly done.

one big thing i noticed is when he eats the cheese on apple pie. she takes a bite and completely demolishes the piece of apple pie, and a few seconds later its perfect again. this mistake was the funniest thing in the whole movie
