just got home from my graduation mass

lol but surely you wuold also have some sort of examination aimed at representing your potency level?

We do, but it's a pretty short series of tests. Two days, basic knowledge. There's a multiple choice test, short answer response and an essay, each about 2hrs long. No study necessary.

Most people I know, myself included, finish these in less than an hour and spend the rest of the test making chatterboxes out of issued scrap paper or sleep.

It's part of it. The rest is from the assignments and tests we do at school.

I think those tests just rank the schools against each other, instead of affecting individual marks.
