I think it's wrong that teams get to introduce their new cars part-way through the season. Many teams can easily produce a car that would be to next year's specifications between the final round of one year and the first round of next year, so why should Ferrari be allowed to have more time? Minor improvements, yes, but entire cars? No.

If you can't have your car ready for the first round, you shouldn't be allowed to race it later in the year. That's what caused the Minardi uproar, so why is Ferrari any different?

And beccaxx, keep that in the person above you 2 thread.

hmm ... so mclaren should have been allowed to introduce their second car last year? They wouldn't have won at Belgium if they didn't introduce the car.

There aren't many differences between the F2004M and the F2005 - the main difference is the engine. The F2005 engine is not campatable in the F2004M.

Ferrari are different to minardi cause they actually had the specs for this year, while minardi wanted to still use 2004 specs. Huge difference.

And if last years car sucked, how come it won 15 races
