flavio briatore...goto his website www.flaviobriatore.it, obviously go the english version! n yeh, he seems to be behind half of the formula one scene (ok, its exaggerated, but being Ozzie makes webber a BIG part of F1) managing a few, especially a coupla 'new' talents.....
