Yes with one of the best teams in Asia.

A couple of weeks ago you were saying that Sydney were gonna get thumped by URD no your playing down the result. Was it a good result? no but not bad. Sydney should/could have won depending on how you see it.

Now shut the fuck up and eat humble pie.

From Sydney's point of view, of course it was a good result. They got a point. But what can I say about the URD fans. Flicked on the telly, and all I could here was them. Sydney outsung in their own stadium, depressing when you think about it. I said come back to me when Sydney beats URD, so unless you win in Saitama, let's leave it at that shall we.

I dunno what happen3ed with our chanting. I was at the game and it seemed that our normal fanatics were more spread out (funky new seating that doesnt work) and there fore less comunication.

Re: The Official A-League Thread.

It was disappointing to let a 2-0 lead slip, but we're talking about a massive gulf between quality and experience between Sydney FC and the J-League champions. As for the Cove - they've never been all that impressive. Huge numbers but all they chant is "Come on Sydney". The Urawa fans were awesome.

Re: The Official A-League Thread.

I was at the game too. Sydney completely dominated in the 1st half but we were pretty much outplayed in the 2nd. 2-2 was probably a fair result in the end. The Cove are usually pretty good but I have to agree that those Urawa fans were at another level. They were simply awesome and definitely added to the atmosphere of the game.

Late reply but I sat right in front of Craig Foster in that game.

His running commentary was rofl.

Now, now Sydney FC fan. The days of Terry Butcher are over. Curb your rage mate. Perhaps you'll be closer to the double in version 3?

Without a doubt, the Sydney FC one looks the gayest.
