Thank you... I was taking my teachers advice and straying away from the artists that I originally chose - I ended up chosing ones that are more varied with their practice/fit into all different frameworks and what have you, and are differentiated between contemporary/aussie/modern/historical artists (for variation and ability to answer all questions). I guess if I can't work with them on a more personal level, I'll go back to my original choice I suppose. Thank you very much. I agree with your posts, so very true! Creativity can be used so often, art theory helps us to think creatively :) Visual Arts, is a great subject - no matter the "flaws" of the 'system'. It's more personal.
